Corporate Social Investment
Yakani is socially responsible and passionate about the upliftment of its staff and communities.
We believe that the empowerment of communities within which we operate must be holistic and must include economic empowerment in order for total empowerment to be effective and sustainable.

Education
Education is one of our points of focus and in the past we have partnered with the University of Limpopo to assist in providing access to tertiary education to prospective students deprived of this learning opportunity.
These 13 students have successfully completed their degrees and Yakani is humbled by the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students who have since made us proud with their success.

Community housing
Yakani Group, through one of its subsidiary companies – African Brick Centre – built a house in 2013 in the Kagiso township located in the Krugersdorp area west of Johannesburg.
The house was donated to help a family with a decent place to live, one that they are proud to call home. We support the community’s commitment to housing as a basic human right, and help bring people together to build homes, communities and hope.
